Dechreuodd Canada’r ail hanner yn gryf.

Roedd yn edrych fel bod Canada wedi sgorio ar ôl pum munud ond fe gafodd y penderfyniad ei wrthdroi.

Fe welodd y swyddog teledu dacl uchel hefyd gan wythwr Cymru, Georgia Evans ac fe gafodd gerdyn melyn am hynny.

Roedd hi’n golled mawr gan iddi wneud 13 tacl yn yr hanner cyntaf – ond i ryddhad Sean Lynn yr hyfforddwr fe arhosodd yn gerdyn melyn ar ôl adolygiad.

Fe ddaeth cais nesaf Canada ychydig cyn 50 munud gyda’r maswr Taylor Perry yn croesi’r linell i roi ergyd arall yng ngobeithion Cymru o aros yn y gystadleuaeth.

Fe ddaeth cais ola’r gêm wedi 54 o funudau gyda’r prop, Brittany Kassil, yn manteisio oddi ar sgarmes gryf.

Unwaith eto, fe lwyddodd y clo, Sophie de Goede drosi’r chweched cais gan gadarnhau bod gêm a charfan gyflawn iawn ganddyn nhw.

Yn chwarter olaf y gêm fe ddechreuodd Cymru ddangos fflachiadau addawol o ran eu hymosod.

Ond, camgymeriadau esgeulus – fel colli cig at y gornel – yn eu gadael i lawr.

Yn sicr, roedd gwelliannau – amddiffyn gwell yn sianeli llydan y cae, sgrymiau a sgarmesi solet, ac am ambell i berofformiad unigol cryf yn enwedig Sisi Tuipulotu – ond fe brofodd Canada mai nhw yw un o dimau rygbi merched gorau yn y byd.
