Glamorgan inched closer to sealing promotion from Division Two as the third day of their match away to Derbyshire was washed out.
They remain 25 points ahead of their third-placed rivals, who will need to cut the gap on the final day to keep their hopes alive into the final round of matches.
Following heavy rain in the morning, a series of inspections resulted in a 15:00 BST start being scheduled as Derbyshire sought to make up for lost time.
But the rain returned as the players were starting to emerge for their warm-ups.
With the covers back on, umpires Suri Shanmugam and Steve O’Shaughnessy abandoned play 10 minutes after the restart had been due.
