“Mae bob rysáit yn template ac mae bob un yn rhywbeth gallech chi newid i gydfynd gyda pa wastraff sy’ gyda chi.

“Mae quiche gyda leftovers – mae cig ynddo fe ac allwch chi newid y cig am gig moch, sosej, cyw iâr a phethau fel ‘na. Maen nhw gyd yn defnyddio gwastraff bwyd ond chi’n gallu newid nhw i beth sy’n siwtio chi.

“Fy hoff rysáit yw sut chi’n gallu troi croen tatws mewn i crisps. Mae un gyda hen fara’n troi mewn i gacennau bach.

“Mae cwpl o ryseitiau yn rhai personol teuluol hefyd.”

Felly beth mae Nela wedi ei ddysgu am gychwyn a rhedeg busnes?

Meddai: “Amser nes i rhoi’n enw i lawr i fod yn ran o’r tîm nes i ddim meddwl fydden i’n dysgu cymaint a bod e’n broses mor hir. Mae ‘di cymryd o Medi a buo ni yng Nghaerdydd yn gwerthu cynnyrch Nadoligaidd.

“Mae’r broses o gynllunio a dylunio yn broses dwi wir wedi mwynhau a wedi dysgu lot. Mae wedi agor llygaid fi i faint o waith sy’ wrth datblygu busnes newydd ac wrth ddatblygu cynnyrch.

“Mae wedi bod yn brofiad da a dyw e heb rhoi fi off dechrau busnes.”

Mae’r grŵp yn gobeithio am lwyddiant yn y rownd nesaf ond hefyd yn benderfynol o fwrw ymlaen gyda’r busnes: “Os na ni’n cael unrhyw beth ni dal eisiau canolbwyntio ar y busnes a byddwn ni dal yn gwerthu cynnyrch – mae’n rhywbeth allwn ni gario ‘mlaen i wneud.

“Beth bynnag ydy’r canlyniadau byddwn ni’n edrych at y dyfodol ac at y cam nesaf.”
