About 60 firefighters tackled a blaze at an Aberdeen school overnight.
Six appliances and one height vehicle were called to Dyce Academy shortly before midnight.
A fire on the first floor of the building was extinguished.
Aberdeen City Council said the school would be closed as a result on Wednesday. Police Scotland said inquiries into the cause of the fire were ongoing.
Aberdeen City Council said: “We are unable to provide further details of fire damage and how long Dyce Academy might be closed for as we don’t currently have access to the school because the fire is still being investigated.
“We will provide further updates to parents, carers, and teachers as soon as we can.”
