Jamie was 28 and dad was 47 so that\u2019s two men under 50,&#8221; Jack said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">He also reflects on his own mental health.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;I suffer with depression and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;I take anti-depressants daily and there\u2019s nothing wrong with that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/cgx50xkqvx4o?at_medium=RSS&#038;at_campaign=KARANGA\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past decade the suicide rate among men has been higher in Wales than in England, according to the latest ONS data.
