The High Street store that has been boarded up for years, wasting valuable space.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">One in seven shops on UK High Streets is empty, according to analysis by the <!-- --><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.localdatacompany.com\/insights-hub\/press-resources\/vacancyratemonitorpress\" class=\"sc-c9299ecf-0 bZUiKB\" rel=\"noopener\">Local Data Company<!-- --><\/a>. Most have never had a bricks and mortar site space before.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">\u201cIt\u2019s so exciting, it\u2019s brilliant,\u201d enthuses Hetty Kitt in her new brunch bakery.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Hetty began baking brownies in her flat in 2011, and has gradually grown. His company has made large shopping centres, but he says the public are tired of the same old casual dining chains.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Fine, I say, but there is a reason new developments are full of national chains.
