Another, Wendy Snell, has since died.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Many of the women interviewed for <!-- --><a target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/iplayer\/episode\/m0023ff5\/al-fayed-predator-at-harrods\" class=\"sc-c9299ecf-0 bZUiKB\" rel=\"noopener\">the BBC documentary and podcast Al-Fayed: Predator at Harrods <!-- --><\/a>said that when they had begun working for the London department store they had undergone medicals, including invasive sexual health tests.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">They would be making a formal complaint to the General Medical Council (GMC).<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Dr Coxon has been approached for comment. <!-- --><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\">\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Fayed, who died last year aged 94, was the owner of Harrods between 1985 and 2010.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">He is accused of <!-- --><a target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/cz6x635wpjxo\" class=\"sc-c9299ecf-0 bZUiKB\" rel=\"noopener\">multiple rapes and sexual assaults by several women who worked for him<!-- --><\/a> &#8211; many of whom felt unable to report what had happened until recently.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Dozens more women have been in touch since the BBC programme aired last week.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Natacha, part of the Justice for Harrods survivors group, said Dr Coxon had questions to answer about the medical examinations that she carried out on behalf of Fayed. <!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">&#8220;The examinations carried out by Dr Coxon were intrusive and wholly unnecessary,&#8221; Natacha said.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">&#8220;They also resulted in many employees&#8217;, including my own, confidential medical information being inappropriately shared within Harrods.
