Police believe the fire at the former cinema building in Lochgelly was started deliberately<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

Police believe a fire at a derelict cinema building in Fife was started deliberately.<\/p>\n

Four fire crews and a height appliance were called to the scene at Bank Street in Lochgelly<\/a> on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was able to extinguish the blaze, however the area around Cook Square remains closed, with locals urged to stay away.<\/p>\n

Officers are now treating the blaze as wilful and have asked for anyone with information to come forward<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
