Manneh spent time on loan from Barcelona B to Spanish club Sabadell and Etar in the Bulgarian top flight before a permanent move to Gornik Zabrze in 2019.
Following three years in the Ekstraklasa, he switched to the Danish top flight but found himself relegated with OB last term.
Manneh, who has 18 international caps, has made 18 appearances this season, supplying seven assists as he helped his side lead the Danish second tier by eight points.
