Newcastle were never behind in their semi-final with Dziki Warsaw and were ahead after each quarter.
At 53-48 going into the final period, the match was still in the balance but Cole Long produced a three-point shot within seconds of the start to extend the gap to eight and, from there, Newcastle cruised through.
De Sean Allen Eikens top-scored with 18 points, while Mike Okauru, Christian James and Trey Pulliam all had double-figure contributions.
They now face CSO Voluntari looking to add this to the Super League Basketball Trophy they won in January, knowing that they beat Romanians 84-80 in a group stage match in Newcastle in December.
