Leicester Tigers back row Emeka Ilione and teenage full-back George Pearson are among seven players to sign deals with the Prem club.
The contract extension for 23-year-old Ilione comes while the former England Under-20 international is out injured.
The Mansfield-born player, who is juggling his burgeoning rugby career with medical studies, was sidelined just a few days after he was called up for a three-day England training camp in October.
Tigers head coach Geoff Parling also said new terms with Ilione were reached while there was “serious interest from elsewhere” for the player.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Pearson – who made a noteworthy impression on his European debut for Tigers in Saturday’s 39-20 defeat at La Rochelle – joins lock and fellow academy graduate Harry Palmer in penning professional deals.
Scrum-half Ollie Allan, fly-half Charlie Titcombe and centre Will Wand have all signed undisclosed-length deals to remain at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Sweden prop Ale Loman has also turned his Tigers contract into a permanent one after initially joining on loan from second-tier side Nottingham.
