The NFL play-offs continue this weekend, with just four teams left on the road to Super Bowl 58.

Over three weeks, 12 games are played to decide the two teams that will play in the NFL’s championship game.

Now just two of those games remain, known as the Conference Championships, and both will be played on Sunday, 28 January.

There will be post-match video highlights after each round before the big game in Las Vegas on Sunday, 11 February.
