The summer transfer window has officially closed for Women’s Super League clubs.
Arsenal’s signing of Canada forward Olivia Smith was the highest-value move of the window, surpassing the £1m mark for the first time in women’s football, while Manchester neighbours City and United were involved in a deadline day deal that saw England midfielders Jess Park and Grace Clinton trade places.
Some huge moves could still be announced after the window closed at 23:00 BST on 4 September 4, as long as all the formalities were completed in time.
Among those to look out for are Chelsea’s pursuit of Angel City forward Alyssa Thompson and London City Lionesses’ approach for PSG forward Grace Geyoro.
