Richardson recently signed to Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions and has set the goal of winning a world title.<\/p>\n
“They were really happy with the performance and the way I conducted myself throughout fight week. We got a lot of positive feedback from the promoters, but also media outlets, which is fantastic,” he said.<\/p>\n
“We’ve got a meeting in the next few days to hopefully get another fight date booked in. I’d hope to have an announcement in the next couple of weeks.”<\/p>\n
Richardson insisted that he had not been distracted by rain which came down during the evening in Ipswich.<\/p>\n
“Some of the boxers got soaked walking to the ring but luck was on my side because I was to remain dry,” he added.<\/p>\n
“There were a couple of little spells when I was actually boxing that a few of the fans might have got a little bit wet, but one thing we can’t control in the UK is the weather. It definitely didn’t dampen my mood.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
