Super Bowl winner Bryan Braman has died at the age of 38 having been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in February. <\/b><\/p>\n

Braman began his career with the Houston Texans in 2011 as an undrafted free agent and spent three seasons there before joining the Philadelphia Eagles. <\/p>\n

During his four years in Philadelphia, he was part of the Eagles team that lifted Super Bowl LII when they beat the New England Patriots<\/a> in 2018.<\/p>\n

The victory in Minneapolis was linebacker Braman’s final game for the Eagles and also his last match in the NFL. <\/p>\n

Braman played 97 regular-season games and recorded 56 career tackles.<\/p>\n

After retiring, Braman said winning the Super Bowl and his daughters – Blakely, 11, and Marlowe, eight – were “the three greatest accomplishments in my life”.<\/p>\n

JJ Watt, Braman’s former Texans team-mate, wrote on X on Thursday:, external<\/span><\/a> “Rest in Peace brother. Gone far too soon.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
