Leicester City attacking midfielder Bilal El Khannouss will make his loan move to Stuttgart permanent in the summer.<\/b><\/p>\n
The 21-year-old joined the Bundesliga side in September on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy<\/a>.<\/p>\n Stuttgart’s sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth has confirmed “all the conditions have now been met” to complete the transfer for the Morocco international.<\/p>\n “We are delighted that we have secured Bilal’s permanent commitment to VfB Stuttgart,” he told German news outlet Bild, external<\/span><\/a>. <\/p>\n El Khannouss signed for the Foxes from Belgian side Genk for \u00a321m in August 2024<\/a> and scored three goals in 39 appearances in all competitions last season but was unable to help them avoid relegation from the Premier League.<\/p>\n He has scored eight goals and registered six assists this season for Stuttgart, who are third in the German top flight and reached the Europa League last 16 before going out to Porto.<\/p>\n El Khannouss was also part of the Morocco side retrospectively declared winners of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations after their 1-0 loss in the final to Senegal in January was overturned earlier this month<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
