Wales midfielder Charlie Estcourt says she has “mixed emotions” following the 3-0 defeat to the Netherlands in their opening game of Euro 2025.
Estcourt said Wales’ 4,000 fans at the game in Lucerne were “absolutely incredible” and that the support “means so much” to a squad appearing in their first major finals.
But the 27-year-old DC Power player was disappointed with the result and says they will learn from the experience ahead of the games against France and England.
